Suggested Use: Adult dosage is 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) before each meal and before retiring. Settling is normal. Shake well before use.

Prickly Ash was used as a digestive aid and stimulant to the hepatic system. Today, herbalists use Prickly Ash bark as a stimulant for the central nervous system and general circulation. Acts as a digestion aid.*
Dog Fennel was used to invigorate the digestive organs and improve the general tone of the system. It is also used as a blood purifier.*
Sassafras was used to purify the blood and stimulate the liver.*
Capsicum was a stimulant to the digestive system and beneficial for the circulatory system.*
