OPC stands for Oligomeric Pro Cyanidines and occurs naturally in pine nuts, grape seeds, red wine and green tea. OPC belongs to the group of bioflavonoids. Bioflavonoids is the collective name of a large group of plant substances, the effect of which is similar to that of vitamins.
