Herbal Iron® is a liquid iron and multivitamin supplement that is formulated using iron-II-lactate, rather than the commonly used gluconate. The difference is that iron-II-lactate is a highly absorbable and easily tolerable form of iron.

Vitamin C, natural fruit and vegetable concentrates, such as currant, spinach and red beet - some of the most abundant iron sources known - fortify the formula and create its pleasant taste. This is an especially important feature for children with fussy taste buds. Derived from currant, spinach and red beet - some of the most abundant iron sources known.

In our bloodstream, iron acts like a magnet, attracting and carrying oxygen throughout our bodies. In time, however, this iron loses its "magnetism" and is eventually eliminated from our system. Iron reserves have to be replenished regularly to maintain a vital, energetic lifestyle.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, adults and children over 4 years of age, take 2 teaspoons twice daily. Children between 2-4 years, take 1 teaspoon twice daily. Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening.

Suggested Usage: Take one tablespoon before or during dinner. To help curb appetite, take before meals.
Room Temperature Liquids: Pour one tablespoon into a glass of your favorite juice or drink. Allow to soak for one minute while stirring, then drink.
Hot Liquids: Add one tablespoon to cold liquid for one minute, add hot liquid and stir until dissolved. One tablespoon gels one pint of liquid.
Cold or Hot Cereals: Add one tablespoon to bowl of hot or cold cereal and mix completely.
Use to sprinkle over raw foods such as a Green salad. This is said to help assimilation of vitamins.
